Each sauna session is 45 minutes, plus additional shower and change time.
Our Infrared Sauna is a one-person sauna, allowing you to use the entire space and relax. It is located in a private room with a shower.
Before using the Infrared Sauna please check with your primary health care provider if you are taking any medications, have recently had surgery, have any medical implants, pacemakers, metal rods or plates. We do not recommend use of the Infrared Sauna if you are pregnant or nursing, have a low tolerance to heat, or a reduced ability to sweat, . Do not eat a heavy meal before using the sauna. We strongly encourage that you replenish electrolytes after your session and drink plenty of water before and during your sauna session. Please bring a water bottle to hydrate yourself while in the sauna. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the sauna.
What to Bring:
We provide towels, body wash, and relaxation music. Please bring a water bottle with you. Should you wish to bring anything else feel free to do so. There is an in-sauna CD player if you wish to bring your own music.

Infrared light promotes radiant heat which is absorbed by the surface of the skin and pentrates deeper in to the body, warming from within. This allows the body to sweat at a much lower temperature and detoxify more efficiently. Every day sweat contains less than 1% toxin content. Exercise and traditinal saunas result in 3% toxins in the sweat. After an Infrared Sauna session, sweat produced has a toxin content of about 15%. Infrared saunas aid in the release of toxins associated with processed foods, environment, and daily metabolic activity. Along with detox benefits, infrared saunas can aid many other ailments. You can also burn up to 600 calories, just by relaxing and sweating.
